Since 1919, through the support of our members, St Bronagh’s GAA has grown to become a thriving sporting and cultural organisation promoting Gaelic games and culture at the heart of the Rostrevor community.
The Club has almost 600 members and fields 11 male and female football teams, including seven juvenile teams while our football ground in Pettit Park plays host to thousands of young players every year.
As we approach our centenary in 2019, the Club’s vision is to continue to grow membership and to provide state of the art sporting/training facilities to our local community and young gaels.
To this end, the Club has purchased 12 acres of land on the Drumsesk Road, Rostrevor.
This landmark development entitled, Vision 2019, will provide:
• 2 full-sized floodlit playing fields with perimeter fencing
• Changing room complex
• Provision for all-weather training pitch
• Parking facilities for circa 150 vehicles
• Walking track
• Commercial gymnasium
• Meeting/conference facilities
To make this project a reality, we appeal to you to join us today and become a ‘Friend of Rostrevor’. By helping us to deliver Vision 2019, you will become part of a lasting legacy for the village and for your children and grandchildren who will be the GAA stars of tomorrow.
Pledge your support today by becoming a ‘Friend of Rostrevor’ and be part of this exciting new chapter in the history of St Bronagh’s GAA.
Vision 2019, together we can make it happen.
